Scope This is the restart of a 61 story, 1168 unit, in approximately 1,100,000 GSF, residential rental building, including up to 100,000 SF of retail and a parking garage. The building will be a flat – plate concrete frame with window wall exterior enclosure. The existing foundation, built when the project was originally started, is estimated to be 60% complete. The current design calls for a swimming pool and landscaped roof deck areas that include seating areas, water features and a putting green.
